1. Red, White, And Blue Berry Salad

Since the 4th of July is during the summer when it’s usually pretty hot, you really can’t go wrong with a nice, refreshing salad like this one! Extra points because they managed to make it red, white, and blue!

This salad is a spinach berry salad with feta, red onions, and sliced almonds, topped with a sweet poppyseed dressing! Sounds so delish.

2. Angel Food Cake Board

This idea really reminds me of my childhood! Angel food or shortcake slices with fruit and whipped cream were staples in our house during the summer. I’m so glad my grandparents introduced me to it, because it’s truly so good! It would be an amazing dessert idea for the 4th.

3. Red, White, And Blue Appetizers

These are some cute appetizer ideas you could do for the holiday! I’ve seen so many people do fruit kabobs like this. The chocolate covered pretzels and chocolate covered strawberries are also super cute.

4. Burger & Fries Baskets

This would be such a good way to serve food for the 4th of July, especially if you’re planning on serving burgers and hot dogs! The baskets with the paper would make for very minimal clean up. Plus, they feel very American.

5. Red, White, And Blue Berries And Yogurt Pretzels

Yogurt/ white chocolate pretzels with fruit is another good snack idea you could consider for 4th of July! Yogurt pretzels are one of my personal favorite snacks. When my boyfriend and I get a bag, we absolutely demolish them because they’re so good.

6. Red, White, And Blue Cake

A cake like this would be AMAZING for the 4th! Angel food cake with whipped cream and berries is such a refreshing treat during the summer, so this would be perfect.

7. Charcuterie Board

A red, white, and blue charcuterie board is such a good idea for a 4th of July party. It would be good to have for everyone to be able to snack on!

8. Patriotic Fruit Cones

These fruit cones are SUCH a cute idea! They made them by layering yogurt and berries in white chocolate dipped cones. Adding the red, white, and blue sprinkles was a nice touch.

9. Dessert Kabobs

Every time I see this dessert kabob picture, it makes me want some brownies so badly. This would be such a delicious and easy dessert idea for the 4th.

10. American Flag Hot Dog Board

You really cannot go wrong serving hot dogs for the 4th of July. This would be such a good way to do it! For the blue part, I think they used blue tortilla chips with cheese.

11. Pasta Salad

This isn’t a red, white, and blue idea, but it would be great for the 4th regardless. Pasta salad is super easy to throw together, and it would definitely be a crowd-pleaser with the summer heat.

12. Patriotic Muddy Buddies

This is another amazing snack idea you could try! To make it, they used chex (as you do for muddy buddies) and coated it with red, white, and blue candy melts.

13. Patriotic Dunkaroo Dip

I’ve heard amazing things from everyone who has made dunkaroo dip. It went viral on tiktok last year, and everyone was raving over it. It’s like a cake batter dip!

14. Red, White, And Blue Deviled Eggs

For me, deviled eggs are a 4th of July staple. Deviled eggs, hot dogs, and corn are like my family’s 4th of July holy trinity. This is such an amazing way to make them match the theme!

15. Patriotic Pasta Salad

Okay, if you’re wanting to do a pasta salad but would prefer it to be red, white, and blue, here you go! I’m having trouble finding the original recipe (I believe they shut down their website), but I’m 99% sure they dyed the pasta by adding food dye to the water when they boiled it!

16. American Flag Taco Salad

This looks so insanely delicious! It would also be great if you want something guests can just grab and take without much fuss. Plus, it’s so cute!

17. American Flag Breakfast Board

As someone who is obsessed with breakfast food, if I showed up at a 4th of July party and they were serving this, I would probably pass out. It looks SO good!

18. Ham & Cheese Sliders

This is another non-red, white, and blue recipe, but I couldn’t leave it out! Ham (I usually actually use turkey for mine) and cheese sliders are SO good, and so easy to make. Every time I’ve had these (whether I’ve used turkey or ham) they have been PHENOMENAL.
